One of our favourite projects due to the amazing location and 300° sea, estuary and country views. We set out to build a relatively high end and elevated home with full sea views over the Hauraki Gulf, Orewa estuary and the country side. Maximising the view with 2nd floor living and large windows wrapping around each angle of the house, and high ceilings give a spacious feel.
Selecting this site was very intentional from a number of sections on auction at the same time, as this property had the prime view of all. We worked closely with the architect to ensure the views would be maximised. Then once building consent was obtained construction took place.
