About The Project

Not an especially big site as part of the land was taken by the driveway, though the location was ideal. Being positioned in the prime suburb and school zone on the North Shore and walking distance to the beach made this site very attractive. Many people with school age kids desire to move into this established suburb, so selling a new home in this suburb is expected to be relatively straightforward.

What We Did

This site was bare land to start with, so no subdivision or major civil works were required. Being a smaller site, the house design was key to maximise the use of the land and provide outdoor living also.
